Manage Your QR Codes
Once you've created QR codes, you can view, search, filter, download, and export them from a single screen. This guide covers everything you can do from the QR Codes list.
View your QR codes
- Click QR Codes in the side menu.
- You'll see a table of every QR code you've created, with columns for customer name, VPA ID, amount, and creation date.
The table is paginated — use the page controls at the bottom to browse through large lists.
Search and filter
Use the search bar at the top of the table to find QR codes by customer name, VPA ID, or other details.
You can also sort any column by clicking its header. Click once to sort ascending, click again to sort descending.
View QR code details
- Find the QR code in the table.
- Click the View action (the eye icon in the actions column).
- A modal shows the full details: customer name, VPA ID, amount, description, and a preview of the QR code itself.
Download a QR code
There are two ways to download:
- From the table: Click the Download action (the download icon) in the row's actions column.
- From the details modal: Click the Download button while viewing QR code details.
The image includes the QR code, merchant name, customer name, VPA, and payment app logos — ready to print.
Export to Excel
To export your full QR code list:
- Click the Export button above the table.
- An
.xlsxfile downloads with all your QR codes and their details.
This is useful for record-keeping, sharing lists with colleagues, or offline review.
Tips
- Use search to narrow down fast. If you named your QR codes well, searching by customer name is the quickest way to find what you need.
- Export regularly. Keep an offline backup of your QR codes, especially before large imports.
- Check amounts carefully. If a QR code was generated with a fixed amount, the payer can only pay that exact amount — double-check before distributing.
